About Stryker Rods

Three friends and business partners – Duane, Allan, and Josh – came together after catching word that machinery from another rod manufacturing facility was on the market. While the dissolution of another company is certainly untimely, it left an opportunity for the three partners to pursue a passion and fill a void that had been left in the angling community.

Isn't it every fisherman's dream, to be able to build any rod the way they want? The possibilities are endless, and we at Stryker Rods are testing the waters, so to speak, to create the best and most complete lines we can. Each blank and rod that we build is hand-crafted right in our facility in Eugene, Oregon and is tested by our employees who share the same love of fishing as our founders. The vision of the partners is to create only the highest quality products for every angler, from novices to seasoned veterans.

Our business has been built from a true passion, and our craft can only be described as a labor of love… because we fish!
